B600 Noise Control Demonstration Unit
Provides a practical and graphic illustration of the fundamental methods of noise and vibration control, including attenuation of mechanical and aerodynamic noise using rigid and lined enclosures. Allows investigation of enclosure materials and construction, the transmission of noise in air ducts and structures, and the influence of noise frequency on the effectiveness of attenuation and isolation methods. The effect of mass and frequency on rigid body modes of vibration may also be demonstrated.
The bench mounted unit is fitted with a speed controller, dBA filter, bar graph display, and is supplied with two variable speed noise sources and a complete range of accessories.
